Senior Premium Relationship Manager
Surrey/SW London area
£55-60k + bonus
I'm working with a leading sporting organisation who are looking to hire a Senior Premium Relationship Manager for the business.
This role will take the lead on managing premium hospitality clients on a seasonal basis, leading on the full account management process and renewals.
Day to Day Responsibilities
- Lead the year-round client management approach for premium hospitality clients
- Lead on the full account management process, onboarding, day to day management, and renewals of clients
- On event days, take a lead on the operational management across premium areas and be the main point of contact for hospitality clients
- Be the main point of contact for all hospitality clients dealing with any questions/issues daily as well as hosting clients at the venue regularly
- Develop a proactive pipeline strategy for sales, identifying high-value leads and managing prospects through the sales cycle
- Set and monitor revenue targets for the portfolio and implement sales strategies to exceed financial objectives where possible

- Client Management background either working in sport hospitality, venues, members club, or a similar premium membership base
- Strong relationship management and client servicing approach
- Proficiency in CRM systems and data reporting
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Commercial background and the ability to work strategically across this specific area of the business
- Passion for the sport and live events industry
