The Venue
Olympia is coming to the end of a major £1.3bn redevelopment project. The vision being to transform from a traditional exhibition venue into a global destination for culture, hospitality, events and entertainment. The project combined restoration to the heritage halls a with the addition of a new 3,800-capacity music venue, a theatre, two hotels, a number of different bars and restaurants, world-class office space and 2 acres of public realm.
The Role
Olympia is looking for a high-performing Senior Premium Sales Executive to drive memberships for The Addison, our new premium lounge, and grow hospitality sales across an exciting programme of live events. Working across music, comedy, sport and entertainment, you'll build a premium client base, generate new business, and deliver exceptional sales results. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you'll play a key role in bringing Olympia's premium offering to market and achieving ambitious revenue targets.
We're looking for a proactive, commercially minded sales professional with experience in premium hospitality, memberships, luxury services, or high-end sales environments.
The Responsibilities
- Drive premium membership and hospitality sales, delivering against agreed targets and maximising revenue opportunities.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities through market targeting, networking, referrals, cold outreach, and lead generation activities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships across HNWI, corporate, and consumer markets to secure repeat and long-term business.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting and presenting membership benefits through to negotiation and closing.
- Collaborate across teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences, support wider business objectives, and enhance the visibility of premium hospitality offerings through events and industry engagement.

What we're looking for
- Proven success in hospitality, premium sales, or membership sales, ideally within the sports, entertainment, or live events sector.
- Strong commercial and business development skills, with a track record of exceeding revenue targets and winning new business.
- Excellent communication and influencing ability, capable of delivering compelling sales messages and building lasting client relationships.
- Strategic, organised, and detail-oriented, with the ability to develop plans, manage priorities, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Self-motivated team player, with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
