Senior Pricing Analyst

Salary: Between £40,000-£55,000

Hybrid Working: Once a week in-office

Location: London

Harnham are working with a leading digital-first insurance provider that is continuing to invest heavily in its pricing, data and analytics capabilities. This is an excellent opportunity for a pricing professional to take ownership of key projects and help shape pricing strategy within a growing analytics function.

The Role

As a Senior Pricing Analyst you will sit within a growing Pricing team, supporting the development of pricing strategy and analytics across a range of insurance products. You will work closely with stakeholders across the business, using data and insight to improve pricing performance and deliver commercial value.

Specifically, you can expect to be involved in:

  • Delivering pricing analysis and strategic recommendations to support business performance.
  • Developing and refining pricing segmentation approaches across products and customer groups.
  • Monitoring portfolio performance and identifying opportunities for optimisation and continuous improvement.
  • Managing projects from inception through to implementation and impact assessment.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders across pricing, underwriting, product and analytics teams to influence decision making.

Skills and Experience

The successful Senior Pricing Analyst will have the following skills and experience:

  • Previous experience within pricing analytics, pricing strategy or a related analytical function.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience working with complex datasets.
  • Proficiency in Python and/or SQL.
  • Ability to communicate analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience delivering projects from concept through to completion.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and a proactive, curious approach to problem solving.

Benefits

The successful Senior Pricing Analyst will receive a salary up to £55,000 as well as a bonus and other benefits.
