Senior Pricing Analyst

West Midlands/London

The Role

  • Developing pricing analysis and segmentation strategies across a range of products
  • Evaluating portfolio performance and identifying opportunities for optimisation
  • Delivering actionable insights to support commercial and strategic decisions
  • Monitoring pricing performance and recommending improvements
  • Leading or contributing to end-to-end analytical projects
  • Working closely with stakeholders across pricing, product, underwriting, and analytics teams
  • Supporting innovation within pricing and helping enhance analytical capabilities
  • Mentoring and guiding junior analysts where appropriate

Your Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in pricing analytics, pricing strategy, or a related analytical function
  • Strong commercial problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience using Python or SQL
  • Ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience managing projects from inception through to delivery
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities
  • Curious, proactive, and motivated to drive improvements through data
  • Insurance pricing experience is beneficial but not essential
