Job Description
The Role
You'll own pricing analysis and process optimisation for Fuel across multiple regions, working out how pricing performs against volume and margin targets and where it can be improved. This matters to Radius because Fuel pricing decisions feed directly into P&L across products and regions, and getting the analysis right means the business can act on real numbers rather than guesswork.
Day to day, you'll move between deep analytical work and stakeholder conversations, taking a pricing question from requirements through to a model or report that people can act on. You'll work closely with country directors, sales, account management and customer service, plus central finance, financial operations and IT teams, translating what each group needs into analysis that stands up to scrutiny.
Your daily responsibilities will be...
- Leading pricing initiatives - Drive projects that improve how Fuel pricing works operationally across the P&P team.
- Executing country initiatives - Work with country business partners to deliver pricing changes that directly affect P&L for different Fuel products and regions.
- Analysing performance - Compare volume and margin against targets across multiple dimensions and identify where performance can improve.
- Owning analysis end to end - Own the journey from requirements gathering through exploratory work, accuracy checks and stakeholder review to final impact assessment.
- Building forecasting models - Create models that predict week on week movements in volume and margin so the team can act ahead of problems.
- Reporting findings - Build reports in Excel and Tableau that communicate analysis clearly to stakeholders across the business.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
