The Role: Senior International Pricing Analyst
Location: Maidenhead, UK (1-2 days a week on site)

The Job:
Are you a commercially minded analyst with a passion for pricing, profitability, and turning data into action? We are looking for a Senior International Pricing analyst to help drive profitable growth across our International region.
What You’ll Do:
- Analyze price/volume/mix, discount and margin performance across the International business to identify risks, margin leakage, discounting behaviour, mix shifts, inflation and corrective opportunities
- Deliver timely and accurate reporting, dashboards and insights to support pricing governance and business decision-making.
- Partner with Sales, Finance, Commercial and global teams to evaluate brand and customer profitability, innovation pricing and deal economics.
- Build financial models and scenario analyses to assess the impact of pricing changes and support strategic recommendations.
- Actively expand data collection and processing of market-based metrics (consumer prices, competitive positioning
- Strong contributor for strategic value-based Price List and RRP maintenance, and price architecture

Who You Are
We are seeking someone with strong analytical capability, sharp business acumen, and the confidence to influence stakeholders in a dynamic, matrixed environment. If you are curious, detail-oriented, accountable, and motivated by making a measurable business impact, we would love to hear from you:
- Candidates must hold a relevant degree in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics or a related discipline.
- Experience in pricing, commercial finance, margin management, or business analytics in a leading consumer packaged goods (CPG) company or other companies with strong marketing
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI.
- Fluent in English, additional European language is a plus.
