Senior Pricing Analyst

London (Hybrid) | Up to £60,000

The Role

You will play a key role in developing and enhancing pricing strategies that drive business performance and support profitable growth.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Designing and improving pricing segmentation across customer groups and products
  • Analysing portfolio and segment performance to identify commercial opportunities and emerging risks
  • Building and maintaining monitoring frameworks to assess pricing effectiveness
  • Delivering actionable insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making
  • Collaborating with underwriting, product, commercial, and data teams to optimise pricing performance
  • Supporting testing, experimentation, and continuous enhancement of pricing methodologies
  • Communicating complex analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Your Skills & Experience

  • Strong commercial experience in pricing, modelling, analytics, or quantitative analysis
  • Understanding of pricing principles, segmentation methodologies, and performance monitoring
  • Proficiency in analytical and data tools such as Python, SQL, R, or SAS
  • Ability to interpret complex datasets and translate findings into business recommendations
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • A proactive and inquisitive approach to problem-solving
  • Experience working within a fast-paced, data-led environment
