Senior Pricing Analyst
Hybrid - London, Leicester or Bexhill

I'm hiring multiple Senior Pricing Analysts to join a major UK insurer investing heavily in pricing, analytics, and data capability.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in insurance pricing, segmentation, and portfolio performance who wants to work in a business where pricing plays a central role in commercial strategy.
The Opportunity
You'll be part of a growing Pricing, Data & Analytics function focused on improving pricing sophistication, portfolio performance, and customer outcomes across insurance products.

You'll have the opportunity to directly influence pricing decisions and see your work translate into measurable business outcomes.
What You'll Be Doing
Pricing Analysis & Segmentation
- Develop and refine pricing segmentation approaches across products and customer groups.
- Analyse portfolio performance to identify pricing opportunities and emerging risks.
- Apply pricing adjustments and enhancements to improve competitiveness and profitability.

Monitoring & Optimisation
- Build monitoring frameworks to track pricing effectiveness and portfolio health.
- Identify optimisation opportunities and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support testing and experimentation to improve segmentation and pricing outcomes.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Work closely with Pricing, Underwriting, Commercial, and Product teams.
- Translate analytical findings into clear business recommendations.
- Influence strategic decisions through evidence-led pricing insight.
What They're Looking For
Essential
- Pricing, risk pricing, or insurance analytics experience.
- Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with segmentation and portfolio performance analysis.
- Ability to communicate complex analytics clearly to stakeholders.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
