About The Role
As a Senior Pricing Consultant, you will lead strategic pricing initiatives across global products and markets, helping shape commercial decisions that drive revenue growth, profitability and customer retention. This highly visible role combines pricing strategy, analytics, project leadership and stakeholder engagement to deliver value-based pricing solutions and support long-term business success.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement value-based pricing and packaging strategies across global products and markets.
- Partner with Sales and Finance to support complex commercial opportunities, advising on pricing structures, discounting and commercial terms.
- Analyse major deals and negotiations to identify customer trends, competitive intelligence and pricing opportunities.
- Lead pricing projects end-to-end, including business case development, stakeholder management and executive approvals.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to evaluate and prioritise pricing opportunities.
- Develop and manage pricing performance metrics, measuring the impact of pricing decisions on revenue, profitability and customer outcomes.
- Present recommendations and results to senior stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to embed pricing processes, tools and systems that improve commercial effectiveness.

Requirements
- Experience in pricing, ideally within a B2B or SaaS environment, and/or management consulting.
- Demonstrated success delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
- Hands-on experience with pricing analysis, strategy development and execution.
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of how pricing impacts revenue, margin and competitive positioning.
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to convert complex datasets into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Confident use of AI productivity tools to accelerate analysis, research and reporting.
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ or similar CRM pricing solutions.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled pricing analytics.
- Strong understanding of value-based pricing, market segmentation, willingness-to-pay research, packaging strategy, pricing models and metrics, price setting and governance, discount frameworks, and AI-enabled pricing analytics.
