Starting salary £60,059 plus 10% annual bonus potential, 25 days annual leave (rising with service) plus bank holidays, and a company pension scheme with highly competitive contribution rates

Permanent, Full time

This role is based in our London Farringdon office (EC1A 1AA) four days per week.

Help shape pricing for a multi-billion-pound national organisation.

Join a high-profile pricing team operating at the centre of one of the UK’s most iconic businesses. Our work spans Domestic Parcels, Letters and International products, and the decisions we make directly influence the future success of Royal Mail.

We’re looking for a Senior Pricing Executive to deliver high-quality contract pricing and commercial insight across a diverse portfolio.

This is a fast-paced, high-impact role where your analysis and recommendations will directly influence revenue, margin and customer outcomes across the business.

About The Role

As a Senior Pricing Executive, you’ll support customer-specific pricing across Parcels, Letters and International products, helping maximise value while protecting profitability.

You’ll work closely with Sales and cross-functional teams to develop pricing recommendations, deliver insight and ensure pricing decisions are commercially robust and compliant.

You will also:

  • Develop pricing recommendations for complex customer deals
  • Build and maintain pricing models, analysing margin and profitability
  • Deliver insight on performance, including revenue, volume, yield and win/loss trends
  • Partner with Sales to understand customer needs and improve deal quality
  • Support governance and approvals for non-standard pricing decisions
  • Drive continuous improvement through automation, standardisation and process simplification
  • Manage workload priorities to deliver timely, high-quality outputs

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
