Senior Pricing Innovation Analyst

As Doubtless Pet Care continues to grow, we are seeking a Senior Pricing Innovation Analyst to join our Actuarial Finance team.

Reward & Benefits

  • Up to £57,500 per annum depending on experience
  • Plus pension, life assurance, income protection, private medical insurance, 24 days annual leave (and your birthday as an additional day off!) and a range of other employee benefits!

Location

This is a hybrid role based in London Paddington with a minimum of one day per month in the office.

The Role

We're looking for a Senior Pricing Innovation Analyst to play a key role in identifying, developing and delivering new pricing opportunities that strengthen our competitive position, enhance customer lifetime value and support sustainable business performance.

In this highly visible role, you'll lead end-to-end pricing innovation initiatives, taking ideas from initial concept and hypothesis through analysis, testing, learning and successful implementation. Working at the intersection of strategy, analytics and commercial decision-making, you'll use data-driven insights to uncover opportunities, evaluate outcomes and ensure every recommendation is backed by robust evidence.

You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and partners to design effective rollout plans, monitor performance and continuously refine pricing approaches. As a senior member of the Pricing team, you'll also help shape and govern the lifetime value optimisation algorithms that support pricing decisions across the business.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, challenging conventional thinking and influencing decision-making at all levels. You'll play a key role in embedding a culture of innovation, developing repeatable processes for testing new ideas and translating sophisticated analysis into clear, actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
