Pricing Manager

c.£85,000 + £6,000 Car Allowance – West London (5 days/week office-based)

About the Business

Join a large, well-established wholesale and distribution business with a nationwide footprint. Financially very strong and backed by a Big 4-audited balance sheet, this is a business investing seriously in commercial capability - and pricing is the next frontier.

The Opportunity

There is currently no pricing or revenue growth management (RGM) function in the business at all. This is a genuine build-from-scratch mandate: you'll design and embed a new pricing model, governance process, and pricing culture from the ground up, with full backing from senior leadership.

Reporting directly into a member of the senior commercial leadership team, you'll take full ownership of pricing and promotions strategy, working cross-functionally with Category, Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, and IT.

You'll come in with one direct report (a Pricing Analyst), with strong potential for the team to grow as the function matures.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
