Senior Pricing Manager

About the Opportunity
Our client is a global B2B software organisation undergoing a significant commercial evolution as it continues to strengthen its subscription, SaaS, and AI-enabled platform offerings. With a strong international customer base and a growing focus on recurring revenue, they are investing heavily in the commercial capabilities needed to support long-term growth, scalability, and profitability. The pricing function sits at the heart of this agenda and plays a critical role in shaping how products and services are packaged, priced, sold, and renewed.
The Role
This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced pricing professional to take ownership of pricing strategy across a complex enterprise software business.
Reporting into the commercial leadership team, you will define and drive pricing strategy across subscription, SaaS, services, and consumption-based commercial models. You will be responsible for establishing pricing frameworks, governance standards, commercial policies, and pricing performance measurement that enable profitable growth across multiple products, geographies, and customer segments.
While highly strategic in nature, this role requires someone who remains close enough to the detail to challenge assumptions, pressure-test commercial models, and provide guidance on complex customer opportunities and renewal scenarios.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
