Senior Pricing Manager

A leading international organisation is looking for a Senior Pricing Manager to take ownership of its pricing strategy and drive revenue, margin, and commercial performance through data, technology, and automation.

This is a high-impact opportunity to shape how pricing decisions are made across a large-scale business, working closely with Commercial, Marketing, Data, and Technology teams. You'll have responsibility for evolving the pricing engine, testing new strategies, improving automation, and turning data into measurable commercial results.

What you'll do

  • Own and continuously improve pricing performance across revenue, margin, and growth.
  • Translate commercial strategy into pricing rules, parameters, and scalable system logic.
  • Lead the governance and optimisation of the pricing engine, ensuring pricing remains effective and aligned with commercial priorities.
  • Design and run pricing experiments to test new strategies and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Analyse demand, pricing performance, and model outputs to identify trends and root causes.
  • Turn manual pricing interventions into repeatable, automated processes.
  • Work with pricing platform providers to improve system capability, performance, and reliability.
  • Ensure pricing remains scalable and robust while supporting key trading periods.
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders across Commercial, Marketing, Data, and Technology.
  • Embed learnings from testing and analysis back into the pricing engine to drive continuous improvement.

What They're looking for

  • Proven experience in pricing, revenue management, pricing optimisation, or a similar commercial discipline.
  • Experience influencing or owning pricing performance with a focus on revenue and margin.
  • Strong experience translating commercial strategy into pricing rules, system logic, or optimisation frameworks.
  • Experience working with pricing engines, dynamic pricing platforms, or revenue optimisation tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data and demand signals to make commercial decisions.
  • Experience running pricing experiments or structured testing and applying the results.
  • A track record of improving automation and reducing manual pricing processes.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to work with senior teams across Commercial, Data, and Technology.
  • A proactive, analytical, and commercially minded approach.
  • Experience in travel, hospitality, e-commerce, or another dynamic pricing environment would be advantageous.
