At Spencer Ogden, we're looking for a commercially driven recruiter to join our established Data Centre Contract division. This is a genuine billing-first opportunity, stepping into a proven, revenue-generating desk with significant scope to scale across Europe's fastest-growing markets.

While this is a hands-on billing role, you'll also have delivery support from junior consultants, allowing you to focus on business development, client strategy and maximising revenue, with the opportunity to mentor and develop others as the team grows.
Who We're Looking For
You'll be an experienced recruitment professional who thrives in a high-performance environment and enjoys building lasting client relationships.
You'll have:
- A proven track record billing at Senior or Principal Consultant level.
- Strong experience in 360 contract recruitment and business development.
- Recruitment experience within engineering, energy, infrastructure or another technical market.
- A commercial mindset with the ambition to maximise earnings and grow your market.
