About Earth Active

Earth Active is a growing, dynamic consulting firm working extensively to support lenders, investors, and developers, particularly those financing and delivering projects in emerging markets and challenging operating environments. Founded by a group of entrepreneurial and highly experienced environmental and social advisors, we help our clients translate complex environmental, social, and biodiversity risks into clear, commercially relevant advice, enabling projects around the globe to align with international E&S standards and safeguards and make confident, bankable decisions.

We do this through provision of three key services:

  • E&S strategy, systems, and capacity building
  • E&S assessments, due diligence, and monitoring
  • E&S communications.

We are supported by a network of renowned associate experts across biodiversity, human rights, and climate change. Backed by private equity, we tackle complex environmental and social challenges, helping clients unlock finance, strengthen project resilience, and deliver more responsible outcomes for nature and people.

Join us in shaping major development projects around the world. We take a pragmatic, proportionate approach, using finance to drive meaningful environmental and social impact through commercially relevant advice grounded in real project experience. Our team values open feedback, champions career growth, and cultivates an inclusive, flexible culture where success is recognized, celebrated, and shared.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
