The Role
As a Senior Principal, based at our Liverpool HQ, you’ll have the chance to manage a warm 360 desk. You’ll take ownership of your desk, nurture existing relationships, and have the support to make it truly your own.
You’ll focus on building long-term partnerships with schools and candidates while driving the desk forward. There’s also a clear path into leadership roles such as Managing Consultant or Team Lead if that aligns with your career goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and grow an established client base
- Build meaningful, long-term partnerships with schools and candidates
- Source, interview, and place high-quality candidates
- Manage the recruitment process end-to-end
- Deliver consistently excellent service
