Job Title: Senior Principal Consultant
Location: London, UK | On-site
Role Type: Permanent
Total Years of Experience: 15+ years
We are looking for an individual with:
- 15+ years of relevant experience in CTRM/ETRM technology consulting, implementation or managed services.
- Strong understanding of Endur architecture; working knowledge of other leading platforms is a plus.
- Proven background across at least one of: oil & gas, natural gas, power, metals or agricultural commodities trading.
- Track record of leading end-to-end CTRM/ETRM implementations covering front-to-back trade lifecycle, risk, P&L, settlements, and reporting.
- Experience working with or within trading firms, energy companies or specialist technology consultancies serving those markets.
- Proficiency in Endur risk and valuation functionalities, including MTM, PnL, VAR, and EOD automation.
- Strong knowledge of Trading and Risk concepts. Capabilities should include experience with both physical and financial instruments in Gas, Power, and Oil commodities.
- Implementation experience should include developing book structures, configuring pricing constructs (Forward, Market and Derived), setting limits (Risk and Trading), VAR, option valuation, and position reporting (mark to market, and exposure).
- Experience with credit reporting/configuration including credit counterparty setup, credit Instruments, credit check configuration, credit exposure reporting, credit available reporting desired.
- Implementation experience with invoicing and settlements, contracts and confirms, cash flow reporting, and interfacing with ERP for A/R and A/P. Accounting skills desired with inventory valuation, accruals, account coding, and hedge accounting.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment, working independently or within a team.
- Expertise in Commodity Trading, Risk, or Logistics business areas within large enterprise environments.
- Certifications in Energy Trading or related domains are a plus.
- Handle business, client, and trading data confidentially and report any information security incidents or risks promptly.
- Comply with access control, data protection, and secure documentation practices as defined under company security policies.

Things that you would work on:
- Project planning with realistic milestones and other supportive documents.
- Create all project-related documents – HLPD, FDD, TDD, and Gap analysis doc.
- Act as the subject matter expert for all functional aspects of Endur, covering both physical products and derivatives.
- Collaborate with clients to determine business requirements, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive change management.
- Lead all phases of the Endur implementation, including design, configuration, testing, and transition to operations.
- Provide industry and functional advice and troubleshooting in the discovery workshop, design, implementation, testing, and production support of the Product solution for the client’s business needs.
- Document business requirements, implementation designs, test plans/results, and other project deliverables.
- Follow implementation best practices, documentation standards, and established processes.
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop customizations tailored to client needs.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders, managing expectations and business changes adeptly.
- Provide comprehensive training on Endur functionality and mentor junior consultants.
