Help lead one of the UK's most significant electricity network digitalisation programmes while shaping the future of electricity networks and the wider energy transition.
About Us:
The UK's electricity and gas networks are at the heart of the energy transition. Delivering net zero will require unprecedented investment, the rapid integration of renewable generation, and the transformation of energy infrastructure at a pace not seen before.
At DNV, we help network operators, regulators, governments and investors navigate this challenge and turn ambition into action. Through our Transactions & Strategy Advisory business, we combine expertise in energy systems, electricity networks, markets, regulation and strategy, to help clients make informed decisions in an increasingly complex and uncertain energy landscape.
From developing future network and market strategies to implementing practical solutions and major transformation programmes, we help our clients build electricity networks that are more resilient, flexible and sustainable.
Joining our team means working at the intersection of strategy, engineering, economics and policy, delivering high-impact projects that will influence the future of the energy sector.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
