Senior / Principal Product Manager – Customer Applications

London (Hybrid – 3 days on-site)

We're partnering with a fast-growing, global platform business to find a product leader to take ownership of their customer-facing product suite. This is a senior, high-visibility role reporting directly into the Chief Product & Technology Officer, with the autonomy to shape strategy and drive real commercial impact.

About the role

You'll lead 2–3 cross-functional product squads, taking end-to-end responsibility for your product area, from early discovery through to launch and ongoing iteration. This is a role for someone who can operate at both the strategic and hands-on level, setting direction while staying close enough to the detail to unblock delivery.

What you'll be doing

  • Shape and evolve the long-term product vision and strategy, aligned to wider business goals
  • Own the product lifecycle end-to-end: research, discovery, delivery, launch and optimisation
  • Partner with UX and research teams to ground every decision in genuine customer insight
  • Run Agile delivery, prioritising the backlog and shaping clear specs and user stories
  • Champion strong design and UX practice in partnership with your design team
  • Lead, motivate and develop a cross-functional team, including mentoring junior PMs
  • Represent your product area to senior stakeholders and key accounts
  • Define and track the metrics that matter, using data to guide continuous improvement
  • Act as the internal voice of the customer, keeping feedback loops tight and actionable

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
