About the Role

This is a high-impact opportunity for a senior product marketer who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys building strategy from the ground up. You’ll help define emerging categories, uncover customer problems worth solving, craft compelling narrative, and guide products from early marketing validation through scaled GTM execution.

As the Senior Principal Product Marketing lead for this portfolio, you'll partner closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and executive stakeholders to define target audiences, sharpen positioning, influence roadmap decisions, and bring new products to market with clarity and impact.

Key Responsibilities

You will own product marketing across the full lifecycle: from market research, segmentation, and customer insight, to positioning, pricing, launch strategy, enablement, adoption, and growth.

What You’ll Do

Define the Market and Customer

  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, buyer segments, market dynamics, and competitive alternatives.
  • Translate customer and market insight into actionable recommendations for Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and leadership.
  • Identify priority segments, use cases, buyer journeys, and adoption paths for new and existing products.
  • Partner with Product Management to bring the voice of the customer into roadmap discussions and align on what we build, for whom, and why.

Shape the Narrative

  • Own messaging, positioning, and narrative development for complex technical products.
  • Distill sophisticated product capabilities into clear, differentiated value propositions for buyers, users, partners, and internal teams.
  • Build messaging frameworks that support brand, demand generation, sales, customer success, executive communications, and customer education.
  • Craft compelling launch narratives, product stories, and proof points that make customers understand not just what we offer, but why it matters.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
