Senior / Principal Town Planner – London
Salary: Competitive + excellent benefits
Location: London | Hybrid
A leading planning and infrastructure consultancy is experiencing continued growth and is looking to appoint Senior and Principal Town Planners to join its successful London team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile, nationally significant projects across renewable energy, transportation, water, nuclear, buildings, and strategic planning.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading planning workstreams and supporting major infrastructure projects.
- Managing projects and delivering high-quality planning outputs.
- Preparing bids, tenders, and framework submissions.
- Providing planning and consenting advice across complex projects.
- Building strong client relationships and supporting business development.
- Mentoring junior planners and working alongside multidisciplinary teams.

What We’re Looking For
- A relevant Planning degree or equivalent.
- MRTPI status or working towards chartership.
- Strong experience in strategic planning, planning policy, and/or infrastructure consenting.
- Knowledge of TCPA, DCO, TWAO, or equivalent.
- Excellent communication, report writing, and project management skills.
- The confidence to lead projects, engage with clients, and work collaboratively across disciplines.
- EIA experience is desirable.
