About the Role

Keywords Studios is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Privacy Manager to join its Global Privacy & AI Governance team, reporting directly to the Global Head of Privacy & AI Governance. This is a high-impact global role on our legal team that will lead our Privacy Operations function while driving key elements of our Global Privacy & AI Governance program across 70+ studios in 25+ countries.

As a key member of our Global Privacy & AI Governance team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering data protection and responsible AI practices across our global service lines, collaborating with all levels of stakeholders and directly managing and mentoring our Privacy Manager and Senior Privacy Analyst. Your expertise will be instrumental in collaborating with the Global Head of Privacy & AI Governance and our Privacy & AI Counsel in implementing and managing privacy and AI governance operational workflows, providing strategic guidance on privacy and AI laws and regulations, and working closely with senior leaders to identify and mitigate business risk.

Additionally, you will oversee day to day data protection and privacy matters across all business units and act as a registered Data Protection Officer (DPO) in certain jurisdictions where needed. This role is essential to maintaining the highest standards of data protection and AI use in all of Keywords Studios' operations. It also offers the flexibility to work remotely from the UK or EU, collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders globally.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
