Job: Senior Private Client Solicitor

Salary: Up to £70,000 DOE
Location: Blackheath, London
Working arrangement: Hybrid – 3 days office / 2 days home

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Private Client Solicitor to join a friendly and well-established firm in Blackheath.

The role offers a varied caseload within a supportive team, with flexibility around part-time for the right candidate.

The Role

  • Wills and estate planning
  • Lasting Powers of Attorney
  • Probate and estate administration
  • Trusts and Court of Protection matters
  • Managing a varied caseload from instruction to completion
  • Building strong relationships with clients and their families

The Ideal Candidate

  • Qualified Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer with relevant Private Client experience
  • Ideally 10+ years' PQE, although candidates with 5-6+ years' relevant experience will be considered
  • Strong experience across Wills, LPAs, Probate and Estate Administration
  • Excellent client care and communication skills
  • Friendly and approachable, with experience working with elderly clients
  • Able to manage matters independently
