Job Title: Senior Private Client Solicitor
Location: South West London (Office-Based)
Salary: Up to £70,000
Practice Area: Private Client
PQE: 6+ PQE
About the Opportunity
I'm currently working with a well-established and growing law firm in South West London that is looking to appoint an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join its expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking to take on a broad private client caseload while also playing a key role in supervising and developing a small, established team. The firm has built a strong reputation for client care and is seeking someone who enjoys building long-term client relationships and delivering high-quality legal advice.

Job Overview
- Manage a varied private client caseload from instruction through to completion.
- Advise clients on Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Probate, Estate Administration and related private client matters.
- Handle a range of high-net-worth estates and more complex private client work.
- Supervise and support an existing team comprising a Senior Consultant and two Paralegals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing an exceptional level of service throughout each matter.
- Work closely with the firm's leadership team and contribute to the continued growth of the private client department.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor with 6+ years' PQE in Private Client.
- Strong technical knowledge across Wills, Probate, LPAs and Estate Administration.
- Experience dealing with high-net-worth clients and estates.
- Previous supervisory or mentoring experience would be advantageous.
- Excellent communication and client care skills, with the ability to manage matters independently.
- Competent IT skills and experience using legal case management systems.
