With a prestigious institutional investor base, multi-billion-dollar AUM and a long-standing track record of delivering alpha significantly above market benchmarks, this is an opportunity to join one of the industry's highest-performing investment platforms at a transformational stage of growth.
This is far more than a traditional senior loan operations role.
As the firm's private credit platform continues to evolve, the successful individual will become the operational partner to the investment business, helping to institutionalise the operating model while supporting increasingly sophisticated private credit strategies and complex transaction structures.
The Opportunity
You will take ownership of the operational framework underpinning a growing private credit platform, driving scalability, process excellence and operational innovation while partnering closely with front office professionals throughout the investment lifecycle.
The role offers significant exposure to complex, high-value transactions across a broad range of private credit strategies, including:
- Direct Lending
- Mezzanine Financing
- GP-led Continuation Vehicles
- Secondary Transactions
- Bespoke and Structured Credit Opportunities
Working alongside investment professionals from the earliest stages of deal origination through negotiation, execution and ongoing portfolio management, you will play a critical role in enabling the continued growth of the business.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
