Location: London – primarily Camden office & Knightsbridge residence
Contract: Full-time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, normally approximately 9:00–17:00/18:00, with flexibility
Travel: Occasional international travel
Salary: Excellent, depending on experience
Overview
Bespoke Bureau is seeking an outstanding Senior Private PA / Lifestyle PA to support UHNW Principals with their highly international personal and household affairs. 2 adults without kids and pets.
This is a senior position requiring an exceptionally organised, articulate, and dependable individual capable of taking ownership of a wide range of personal, lifestyle, travel, and household matters.
The role will be predominantly office-based in Camden, with regular involvement at the Principals' Knightsbridge residence. This is not intended as a remote position, although occasional home working may be possible when circumstances require.
The Principals travel extensively, and the PA must be able to continue managing their affairs seamlessly wherever they are.
Responsibilities
- Complex diary and appointment management
- Organising international travel, flights, itineraries, and associated arrangements
- Managing personal and lifestyle appointments, including clothing and shopping appointments
- Liaising with doctors, medical professionals, and clinics internationally, including in Switzerland and the USA
- Drafting and managing correspondence to an exceptionally high standard
- Managing purchases, orders, and deliveries
- Organising gifts and ensuring they are purchased, prepared, and sent appropriately
- Following up requests and ensuring nothing is overlooked
- Maintaining detailed records, reminders, and action lists
- Coordinating between the Principals, household staff, and external providers
- Attending the Knightsbridge residence when required
- Supervising contractors and maintenance providers working at the residence
- Ensuring work undertaken at the property is properly monitored and completed
- Supporting wider household administration
- Anticipating requirements rather than waiting to be instructed
- Occasional out-of-hours assistance, for example arranging travel at a weekend
- Occasional international travel to destinations such as Spain or Ireland, normally for relatively short periods

Requirements
- This position requires a genuinely senior and experienced Private PA with excellent judgement.
- You must be exceptionally organised, detail-oriented, and able to keep track of numerous requests simultaneously.
- Outstanding spoken and written English is essential, as the PA will communicate directly with senior professionals, medical specialists, and international contacts on behalf of the Principals.
- The successful candidate will be discreet, polished, intelligent, proactive, and completely trustworthy.
- You should be comfortable operating with considerable responsibility and able to distinguish between something that requires the Principal's attention and something you should simply resolve yourself.
- Flexibility is important. While the normal working pattern is Monday–Friday and standard office hours, private life does not always fit neatly within those hours.
- The role is primarily London-based, but occasional international travel will be required.
- Significant previous Private PA experience supporting UHNW/HNW Principals is strongly preferred.
