A prominent global family requires a highly experienced clinician to take total ownership of their private healthcare needs. This permanent, full-time executive medical role demands a physician who operates flawlessly under autonomous conditions and regards clinical confidentiality as paramount. You will act as the principal health strategist and primary caregiver, delivering bespoke, proactive medicine to a highly exclusive household.
Operating with complete discretion, you will accompany the principals on their private yacht during extensive European tours. Your medical oversight will cover deployments across elite ports of call, including Monaco, Italy, the Greek Islands, the Algarve, Marbella, Mallorca, and Ibiza. For your unwavering dedication, clinical independence, and commitment to privacy, you will receive a premium tax-free compensation of £240,000 GBP per year.

Requirements
- Qualifications: You must possess a valid medical doctorate acquired in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, or the USA.
- Experience: A minimum of five years of independent, post-specialty clinical practice.
- Medical Focus: Core proficiencies must be in Internal Medicine, Emergency Care, or Family Practice to manage isolated medical events effectively.
- Language: Native-level fluency in the English language is non-negotiable.
