Location: Victoria, London (office-based, one day WFH) Salary: £65,000 to £70,000 per annum, plus discretionary bi-annual and year-end bonus Reporting to: Co-CEO Working pattern: Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00, with Duty Manager weekend shifts every 6-8 weeks
Oplu is leading the search for a Senior Private Residence Manager for an established London and Geneva private office serving international UHNW principals. An executive-tier appointment leading the operational and technical management of a portfolio of super-prime private residences, predominantly in London, and shaping the client's Private Residences division as it grows.

The role
- Senior member of the management team. Strategic development of the Private Residences division and portfolio.
- Trusted point of contact for principals, family offices, and their advisers.
- Overall stewardship of a portfolio of high-value and super-prime private residences: maintenance, compliance, projects, budgets, supplier performance.
- Leadership of Account Managers, property professionals, and the in-house housekeeping team.
- Strategic partner and supplier network across London's super-prime residential market.

Who you are
- Senior leader from super-prime residential property, family office property, UHNW private household, or luxury hospitality with a residential dimension.
- Technically credible on M&E, capital works, budgets, and contractor performance. MRICS strongly preferred; equivalent senior-level experience considered.
- Confident with principals, family offices, and advisers. Comfortable translating technical detail into concise, decision-ready advice.
- Existing right to live and work in the UK.
