Senior Probate Solicitor
Location: Salisbury
Experience: Senior Associate level
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Full Remuneration Package: £60,000-£80,000 DOE
Working Arrangement: Hybrid - 3 days in office / 2 days from home
The Role
You will handle a high-quality caseload, with a particular focus on complex probate and estate administration matters, including:
- Administration of large and complex taxable estates
- Testate and intestate estate administrations
- Business Property Relief and Agricultural Property Relief
- Inheritance Tax calculations involving exempt and non-exempt beneficiaries
- Estate administrations on behalf of national charities
- Preparation of Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Matters involving elderly clients where capacity may be an issue
- Home and hospital visits where required

About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong experience in Probate and Estate Administration
- Experience handling complex and high-value taxable estates
- Excellent technical knowledge of Inheritance Tax and estate administration
- Experience with Business Property Relief and Agricultural Property Relief would be advantageous
- Strong client care and communication skills
- Experience supervising or mentoring junior lawyers and support staff
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- The ability to manage complex matters independently
- A collaborative and professional approach
