MacGregor Black are partnering with a Leading FMCG Business on the search for a Senior Process Development Technologist. This is a permanent role based in Somerset.

Key Responsibilities
- Leading the NPD process from concept through to full-scale production.
- Managing trial documentation and production planning.
- Acting as NPD lead for customer trial attendance, building strong working relationships with customers.
- Generating trial and launch reports, incorporating customer feedback into final specifications.
- Coordinating product testing panels, including shelf-life testing, and documentation of results.

What are we looking for?
- A food-related qualification with at least 3 years' experience in a food manufacturing environment.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines.
- HACCP L2/3 qualified (or working towards).
- Confident communicator, with good Excel and IT skills.
