Role: Senior Process Engineer
Remuneration: £60,000 - £80,000 DOE + Equity + Benefits package
Location: Bristol, England (Unfortunately we are not able to Sponsor Visa applications, so you must have right to work in the UK to be considered)
We have been retained by a Green / Clean Tech Start up to help them find an experienced Chemical Engineer to help them develop and scale their First-Of-A-Kind process / technology.
They have a strong Leadership team in place and are looking to add a Senior member to the technical team to facilitate the process design, development and scale-up through pilot and commercial scales, as well as mentor / manage junior engineers.

Essential Requirements
- Degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering or a related
- Experience in highly regulated Process Industries: Chemicals, Advanced Materials, Carbon Capture / CCUS, Hydrogen, Battery Materials etc
- Significant proven industrial process design and development experience - FEED / Aspen / PFDs / P&IDs / Datasheets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to manage multiple complex projects at once
- Ability / Experience of operating within fast paced start-up, scale-up environment
