Are you a highly experienced Senior Process Engineer looking to work on challenging, high-profile projects within a collaborative and forward-thinking engineering consultancy?
At Nexos Consulting, you'll join a highly skilled multidisciplinary team delivering innovative engineering solutions across the full project lifecycle, from concept and FEED through to detailed design.
About the Role
Reporting to the Lead Process Engineer, you'll be responsible for process design, simulations, calculations, equipment sizing, technical documentation, and process safety activities. You'll work closely with multidisciplinary teams, review vendor documentation, support hazard studies, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.

What We're Looking For
- Master's Degree in Chemical Engineering.
- 10+ years' experience within high-hazard industries.
- Experience across Concept, FEED, and Detailed Design phases.
- Strong knowledge of HYSYS (AspenONE experience advantageous).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within project teams.
