Senior Process Improvement Specialist

13-Month Fixed-Term Contract
Part-time, 3 days per week
Home-based with occasional travel to our London or Bristol offices.

Join us in shaping how Bupa Dental Care works. In this highly visible role, you'll lead the continuous improvement of policies, processes and governance across the business, helping teams work more effectively while ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements.

Working closely with stakeholders across Dental, you'll drive the development, implementation and embedding of best-practice ways of working. You'll also take ownership of our SharePoint document management system, ensuring policies and guidance remain accessible, effective and up to date.

What you'll be doing

  • Lead the continuous improvement of policies, processes and governance across Bupa Dental Care.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for process design, optimisation and simplification, driving consistency and best practice across the business.
  • Facilitate our Policy & Process Forum, ensuring new and updated policies are reviewed, approved and effectively embedded.
  • Partner with stakeholders across Dental, Risk, Compliance and Sustainability to develop and implement high-impact policies and processes.
  • Drive innovation in how policies and guidance are communicated, improving engagement, accessibility and user experience.
  • Own and continuously improve our SharePoint document management system, ensuring documentation remains accurate, accessible and up to date.
  • Work with business leaders to prioritise improvements that support strategic objectives and deliver the greatest business impact.

What you'll bring

  • Experience leading policy design, implementation and embedding across a complex organisation.
  • Strong process design and continuous improvement expertise, with the ability to identify opportunities and deliver practical solutions.
  • Experience working with a wide range of stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.
  • The ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and deliver at pace.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the confidence to lead workshops and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong stakeholder management, negotiation and relationship-building skills, with a focus on achieving positive outcomes aligned to business requirements.
