THE ALLSAINTS TEAM

At AllSaints we are in the business of feelings - making our customers feel cool and confident. If, like us, you believe in the power of a great outfit, we'd love to talk to you.

We're a global brand made up of a very diverse mix of talented people in a huge variety of roles. Our products are designed in house and made by a small number of suppliers and artisans around the world to sustainable standards.

We are a brand embarking on a very exciting plan and we are seeking new members of the team who want to contribute to this.

THE ROLE

This is a pivotal, newly defined role acting as the central procurement lead for AllSaints. You will be establishing a procurement function from the ground up, putting in place great processes, governance, and driving significant commercial value across all Goods Not For Resale (GNFR) and indirect spend globally.

ABOUT THE TEAM

Sitting within the finance team you will report into the Head of Group FP&A. You will work closely with key stakeholders across the leadership team, legal and other functions.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING (KEY RESPONSIBILITIES)

  • Foundational Setup: Design, implement, and embed robust procurement policies, processes, and a centralized governance framework tailored to the fast-paced nature of a fashion retailer.
  • Category Strategy: Develop, own, and execute comprehensive category plans for all non-stock/GNFR and corporate services.
  • Strategic Sourcing & Tenders: Lead end-to-end competitive tendering processes (RFIs/RFPs) for major contracts, working with functional leadership teams to drive cost efficiencies without compromising on quality or brand standards.
  • Negotiation & Contract Management: Drive complex supplier re-negotiations and where appropriate consolidate our supplier base. Working closely with Legal and functional teams to ensure robust contract management and risk mitigation.
  • Stakeholder Business Partnering: Act as the primary procurement advisor to department heads across the business, educating them on procurement best practices and gaining buy-in for improved procurement processes.
  • Supplier Relationship Management (SRM): Establish KPIs and SLA frameworks to monitor, evaluate, and manage the performance of critical third-party vendors.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
