Interim Senior Procurement Manager – 4-month contract may extend– Immediate start

Based in our Commercial Office in Central London

We are now looking for an experienced Interim Senior Procurement Manager.

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will lead procurement strategy across the Group, building strong supplier partnerships, delivering commercial value and ensuring our hotels receive outstanding quality, service and value.

About the role:

Working closely with hotel leadership teams and Group functions, you will develop and implement procurement strategies that support business objectives, improve margins and strengthen supplier performance across multiple categories.

  • Develop and deliver procurement strategies aligned to business objectives.
  • Manage high value spend across key categories while improving cost efficiency.
  • Lead procurement projects that support short, medium and long-term business goals.
  • Benchmark markets and identify opportunities to improve value and quality.
  • Negotiate the best commercial terms, pricing and supply agreements.
  • Source, evaluate and select suppliers that meet quality and service expectations.
  • Manage supplier performance and develop long-term strategic relationships.
  • Monitor supply markets and competitor activity to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Ensure procurement arrangements are successfully implemented across all hotels.
  • Maintain the Group procurement guide and purchase-to-pay system.
  • Provide responsive support to operational teams and promote best practice.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across F&B, Housekeeping, Front Office and Hotel Management.
  • An experienced procurement professional with at least 8 years’ experience.

About you

  • You will be an experienced procurement professional and have experience within the hospitality industry, knowledge of procure wizard or similar procurement software would be advantageous.
  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills with experience managing strategic supplier relationships.
  • Able to influence senior stakeholders and build credibility across the business.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and organisational skills.
  • A collaborative, proactive approach with the drive to deliver continuous improvement
