Sea Global are delighted to be partnering with a leading organisation within the telecoms sector to recruit a Senior Procurement Manager into their growing commercial and procurement function.
This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a broad and varied portfolio. With responsibility spanning contract management, supplier relationships, RFPs, renewals, risk management and cost optimisation, this role offers genuine scope to influence the wider business and deliver measurable commercial value.

They are looking to speak with procurement professionals who enjoy operating across multiple areas of the business, can take ownership of projects from start to finish, and are keen to play a key role in improving procurement processes and supplier performance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver key procurement and commercial activities and supplier management.
- Manage end-to-end RFP processes, driving a more streamlined, digital and effective approach to sourcing.
- Drive year-on-year cost savings, supporting RPI/CPI negotiations.
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, supporting contract reviews, renewals, performance and commercial negotiations.
- Support supplier management, compliance activities, and manage supplier risk reviews and updates.
- Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve value and generate financial benefit.

Experience & Requirements
- Ideally 5-10 years' experience within a procurement role, with strong general business acumen.
- Proven contract management experience, alongside experience managing procurement and tender processes.
- Strong experience managing suppliers, commercial negotiations and end-to-end RFP processes.
- Confident working across multiple business areas and supplier categories within a fast-paced and agile environment.
