Senior Procurement Manager - Global Indirects
£65,000 - £70,000
West London - 2 days per week in the office, with flexibility for the right person
I am partnering with an international events business to recruit a Senior Procurement Manager into its global procurement team. You’ll lead a broad portfolio of indirect categories, including logistics, specialist technology and the goods and services supporting international event delivery. Combining hands-on sourcing with strategic ownership, you’ll strengthen supplier governance and improve how the business buys across multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver sourcing strategies across logistics, specialist technology, and wider event-related goods and services.
- Lead complex tenders and commercial negotiations, overseeing contracts, variations, and dispute resolution.
- Strengthen supplier management through business reviews, clear performance frameworks, and measurable KPIs.
- Connect global and local procurement teams to consolidate requirements and improve value across event locations.
- Drive improvements in procurement processes and digital tools, embedding sustainability and supplier risk management.

Key Skills and Experience:
- A track record of leading indirect procurement and developing sourcing strategies across a varied category portfolio.
- Exposure to logistics, technology, or event-related procurement would be advantageous, particularly within an international environment.
- Strong negotiation and contract management expertise, including managing complex supplier requirements.
- Experience improving supplier performance and influencing senior stakeholders across operational and corporate teams.
- A practical, analytical approach, with the confidence to challenge existing practices and drive improvements.
