London | Hybrid – 3 Days per Week | Up to £75,000 + Package
Are you an experienced Indirect Procurement professional who has built a strong track record with your current organisation, but is starting to wonder where the next progression opportunity is coming from?
This is an opportunity to join a major global professional services organisation at an exciting stage of its procurement transformation. Rather than stepping into a rigid category structure, you'll be given significant autonomy and responsibility for procurement across a key global business unit, becoming its go-to procurement partner and helping shape how the function develops.
The Opportunity
- Taking ownership of end-to-end procurement for a key business unit globally
- Managing a broad portfolio of indirect categories, including areas such as Technology, Professional Services, HR, Marketing and wider corporate spend
- Partnering directly with senior global stakeholders to shape procurement and sourcing strategies
- Leading strategic sourcing, complex negotiations and supplier management initiatives
- Joining early in a wider procurement transformation, with the opportunity to influence processes, strategy and how procurement operates

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

This role should particularly appeal to someone who has spent a few years building credibility within their current organisation but can see limited opportunities to move forward. Here, you'll have the autonomy to make your mark, a genuinely global procurement remit, and the chance to join a procurement transformation early enough to grow alongside it.
