An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Procurement Manager to join a high-performing procurement function, taking ownership of a strategically important Hard FM portfolio within a large and complex property environment.
This is a highly visible role where you'll work closely with senior stakeholders to shape category strategy, deliver commercial value and drive continuous improvement across a business-critical spend area. You'll have genuine ownership of the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, from market engagement and sourcing strategy through to supplier performance and contract management, helping to embed best practice procurement across the organisation.

Your remit will span a broad Hard FM portfolio, covering building services, maintenance, compliance and property-related projects, giving you exposure to a diverse range of technically complex procurement activity.
What We're Looking For:
We're looking for an experienced procurement professional with a proven track record across Hard FM procurement. This role requires someone who combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach and is comfortable leading complex procurement projects from strategy through to implementation.
You'll bring:
- Proven experience across Hard FM procurement
- Strong end-to-end procurement and category management expertise
- Excellent commercial negotiation and supplier management skills
- The ability to build strong relationships and influence senior stakeholders
- Experience delivering measurable commercial value within complex organisations
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the confidence to lead initiatives from concept through to delivery
