🌿 We're hiring: Senior Procurement Manager – Plants
We're looking for someone to take real ownership of our Plants & Bulbs procurement category at MM Flowers.
This is a senior individual-contributor role for someone who wants the autonomy to shape sourcing strategy, build long-term grower partnerships and influence how our Plants business develops.
You'll be responsible for:
- Developing the Plants & Bulbs sourcing strategy
- Building strategic relationships with growers across the UK, Europe and internationally
- Leading commercial negotiations and forward programmes
- Translating customer forecasts into crop and supply plans
- Identifying new growers, varieties and product opportunities
- Protecting security of supply and managing seasonal risk
- Working alongside Commercial, NPD, Technical, Planning and Operations to bring great products to our customers
