Senior Procurement Manager – Store Fit Out & Construction
Central London | 3 days per week
£80,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance + 15% On Target, Max 30% Bonus + PMI (Family cover) + Additional Benefits
Talent Drive are partnering with a leading International retail business to recruit a Senior Procurement Manager to lead procurement across Store Fit Out & Construction.
This is a high profile opportunity to take ownership of a significant spend portfolio supporting an extensive and evolving retail estate, with continued investment across new stores, refurbishments and wider property projects.
The opportunity:
You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across Property, Retail and Commercial teams to develop and deliver procurement strategies across areas including:
- Store fit out & refurbishment
- Construction & building works
- Fixtures, fittings & equipment
- Property-related services
- Capital projects and ongoing estate investment

The role will combine strategic category management with hands on commercial delivery along with team leadership (1 direct report) whilst leading complex tenders, negotiating major supplier agreements and identifying opportunities to improve cost, quality and supplier performance.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong procurement/category management experience across Construction and Store Fit Out
- Experience managing complex supplier and contractor relationships
- Strong commercial negotiation and strategic sourcing capability
- Comfortable engaging and influencing senior stakeholders
- Ideally experience within Retail, Hospitality, Leisure or another multi-site environment
