Senior Procurement Manager

A leading UK organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Procurement Manager to lead a high-profile Enterprise Technology & Services portfolio.

This is an opportunity to join a procurement function that plays a central role in driving commercial strategy, supplier performance, and major business transformation initiatives. Working closely with senior stakeholders across Technology, Finance, Legal, and Programme teams, you will be responsible for delivering value, managing strategic supplier relationships, and influencing critical business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver category strategies across enterprise technology and services.
  • Lead complex sourcing programmes, contract negotiations, and supplier selection processes.
  • Partner with senior business and technology stakeholders to provide commercial guidance and challenge.
  • Drive value creation through effective supplier management, cost optimisation, and commercial innovation.
  • Support major transformation initiatives through strategic procurement involvement.
  • Ensure robust governance, risk management, and compliance across procurement activities.
  • Mentor and support procurement team members while promoting best practice.

About You

  • Proven experience managing Technology and/or Enterprise Services spend.
  • Strong strategic sourcing and category management background.
  • Demonstrated success negotiating complex, high-value commercial agreements.
  • Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at Director and Executive level.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a focus on delivering measurable business value.
  • Experience operating within complex, fast-paced environments.
