Senior Procurement Manager – Enterprise Technology
Hertfordshire (3 days per week)
£80,000–£90,000 + 20% Bonus + Excellent Benefits
Talent Drive are partnering with one of the UK's leading consumer businesses to recruit a Senior Procurement Manager into their established Technology Procurement team.
This is a strategic opportunity to lead procurement across the organisation's Enterprise Enablement Technology portfolio, partnering with senior stakeholders to shape commercial strategy across critical business systems that support a multi billion pound organisation.
The Opportunity
- You will be responsible for procurement across a broad Enterprise Software portfolio, leading sourcing strategy and supplier relationships across technology that enables key corporate functions.
- Working closely with Technology and Business leaders, you'll influence major procurement decisions while managing a small team and helping shape the future direction of this growing category (Enterprise Applications, ERP Platforms, HR, Payroll & Workforce Management, Legal & Finance Technology, Enterprise Software and Business Platforms).

Key Responsibilities
- Lead procurement strategy across the Enterprise Enablement Technology category.
- Deliver complex sourcing projects from strategy through to contract award.
- Manage strategic supplier relationships and commercial negotiations.
- Partner with senior Technology and Business stakeholders.
- Drive value through cost optimisation, supplier performance and innovation.
- Lead and develop two Procurement Managers.
About You
- Significant Technology Procurement experience within large, complex organisations.
- Strong Enterprise Software procurement expertise.
- Experience negotiating complex software, SaaS and enterprise technology agreements.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- A commercial mindset with the ability to balance strategic thinking and operational delivery.
- Leadership capability or previous people management experience.
