We have operations in the UK, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and the US and Canada, with a global headquarters in London.
We’re the leading owner and operator of battery storage in the UK, supporting the National Grid with the uptake of renewable power. We also work with c.90% of the UK's major bus companies, powering 25% of the UK e-bus market. We’re also the number one owner and operator of e-buses in Australia and New Zealand, and are quickly expanding into light commercial vehicles and trucks. Our rapidly growing company is looking for highly talented and motivated people to join us.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Zenobē is looking to hire an experienced Senior Procurement Manager to help deliver some of the largest battery energy storage (BESS) assets in the UK (300-500MW+ in size), and support our market entry into the German BESS market. The role will play an integral part of the growing Procurement Team and support in shaping its future way of working to deliver on Zenobē’s growth plans. The candidate should be comfortable supporting multiple live development projects on a multi-contracting basis, and flexible in supporting the wider business needs as required.
The primary focus of the role will be leading in sourcing and negotiating contracts for our BESS development projects across multiple categories (including balance of plant, civils & transformer packages), as well as development of procurement and contract strategies.
It is expected that the candidate can be home-based or from Zenobē’s head office in London. (if the former, some travel to the Zenobē’s head office in London will be required).

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
