Senior Procurement Specialist, Indirect Procurement

Location: London, UK (Remote)

About the Role

World Fuel is seeking a Senior Procurement Specialist to lead the management of our non-IT subscriptions portfolio while supporting strategic sourcing initiatives across a broad range of indirect procurement categories.

This role is ideal for a procurement professional who enjoys supplier negotiations, contract management, spend analysis, and stakeholder engagement. You'll play a key role in driving cost optimization, strengthening supplier performance, and ensuring procurement governance across a global organization.

As the owner of the Subscriptions category, you will oversee contract renewals, supplier negotiations, compliance, and category strategy while partnering with stakeholders across the business to support procurement initiatives and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do

Lead Subscription Category Management

  • Maintain a centralized inventory of non-IT subscriptions across the organization.
  • Manage contract renewals, amendments, and terminations.
  • Ensure timely sourcing and renewal activities to avoid unwanted auto-renewals.
  • Drive procurement governance and policy compliance.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
