Job Title: Senior Procurement Systems Specialist
Location: Scotstoun, Glasgow – Hybrid, 2-3 days per week on site

Salary: Up to £40,000 dependent on skills and experience

Job Description
Within this role you will play a central role in supporting day-to-day system use across the Supply Chain function, ensuring users can work effectively and issues are resolved quickly. You’ll collaborate across multiple teams, contribute to improving systems and processes, and support capability building through training, data insights, and ongoing user support.
Core Duties
- You will operate as a helpdesk, supporting users throughout the business in their use of the ERP systems and co-ordinating resolution of process and system issues
- You will provide training and awareness to new and existing ERP system users
- You will assist with system & process development, including issue identification and analysis, solution building, testing, and deployment
- You will be the point of Contact for Supply Chain with other key stakeholders such as IMT, Engineering, Planning, Logistics, Operations, Project Controls

Essential Skills
- You will have proven knowledge & experience in the use of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Systems
- You will demonstrate experience in providing training on systems, this will be demonstrated through your excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
- You will be proficient in the use of standard Microsoft packages
The Supply Chain Team
As a Senior Procurement Professional, you will act as a point of contact in our Supply Chain team to assist key stakeholders that encounter any issues with our business systems (primarily our Enterprise Resource Planning system). This is an opportunity where you will become a Subject Matter Expert on our business Systems and have regular interaction with various parts of our Naval Ships business.
