Job Title: Senior Producer

We're looking for an experienced Senior Producer to lead the planning and delivery of high-quality out-of-home brand experiences for major FMCG clients, with a particular focus on large-scale consumer activations within the beverages sector.

In this role, you'll take projects from initial brief through to live delivery, overseeing immersive pop-ups, experiential roadshows, festival activations, sampling campaigns and brand installations. You'll work closely with account, creative, campaign management, logistics and supplier teams to ensure every activation is delivered safely, efficiently, commercially and to an exceptional standard.

Key Accountabilities

  • Lead the production delivery of experiential brand activations from initial brief through to installation, live delivery and de-rig
  • Turn creative concepts into practical, high-quality production solutions that are commercially viable and operationally deliverable
  • Work closely with client development, creative, campaign management, logistics, operations and warehouse teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery
  • Manage production schedules, critical paths, budgets, suppliers, project risks and key milestones
  • Source, brief, negotiate with and manage suppliers across fabrication, events, logistics, technology, venues and staffing
  • Ensure all activity is delivered safely, on time, within budget and to agreed quality standards
  • Lead on production documentation, including health and safety planning, RAMS, permits and event-specific requirements
  • Build strong knowledge of recurring FMCG and beverages-sector activations, supplier capabilities and production processes
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, commercial value and delivery quality across future campaigns
  • Build trusted relationships with clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders, providing clear updates on progress, risks, costs and timelines

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
