Senior Event Producer – Leading Global Experiences
Location: South London (Hybrid: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote)
Salary: Circa £55,000 per annum + Benefits

About the Role
Are you a heavy-hitting Producer who can seamlessly navigate multi-million-pound budgets, lead complex international builds, and stay cool under pressure?
We are recruiting on behalf of one of the UK’s most exciting experiential agencies for a Senior Event Producer to lead the charge on global, high-impact projects. This agency specializes in turning bold client strategy into extraordinary human experiences—delivering both high-stakes B2B corporate events and immersive B2E (Business-to-Employee) transformation and engagement programmes.
Based out of a vibrant, leafy South London hub with a flexible 3:2 hybrid working model, you won't just manage logistics; you will innovate production strategy, mentor talent, and act as a strategic partner to world-class brands.

Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Global Production: Oversee large-scale, complex live, hybrid, and experiential productions worldwide—from pitch, concept, and technical design to on-site execution and debrief.
- B2B & B2E Campaigns: Lead delivery across global corporate conferences, brand activations, leadership summits, internal roadshows, and employee engagement moments.
- Commercial Leadership: Manage major project budgets (£), drive profitability, negotiate top-tier supplier contracts, and maximize value without compromising creative impact.
- Strategic Client Management: Act as the primary technical and production point of contact for key accounts, building deep, trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Team Mentorship: Lead, inspire, and guide junior producers and event coordinators, elevating production standards across the agency.
Key Requirements
- Agency Track Record: 7+ years of high-level production experience within a fast-paced live event, integrated marketing, or experiential agency.
- Global & Technical Expertise: Proven experience managing international logistics, technical production, venue ops, and complex supplier networks globally.
- Dual Focus: Strong background in delivering both external B2B brand experiences and internal B2E employee engagement campaigns.
- Commercial Acumen: Outstanding budget management, P&L responsibility, and sharp negotiation skills.
- Leadership: Calm under pressure, highly collaborative, with natural leadership and mentoring abilities.
