Senior Producer

Department: Production
Employment Type: Full Time
Location: North Six

Description

North Six is a global production agency specialising in fashion, beauty, luxury and lifestyle content, producing stills, motion, branded content and experiential activations for some of the world's most iconic brands, including LVMH, Estée Lauder, Graff and Chanel.

The Role

North Six is looking for a highly experienced Senior Producer to join our London production team, reporting into the Head of Production. This is a senior, hands-on role for a knowledgeable producer who is fluent in the language of fashion, with a strong track record leading travel productions and campaign films for fashion, beauty and luxury clients, from brief through to final delivery. You'll take ownership of North Six's highest-profile client relationships, work closely with our PR and communications partners to deliver joined-up campaigns, and help mentor and develop the production team around you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead travel productions and campaign films — owning end-to-end delivery of location and travel shoots, campaign films and branded content, from brief and treatment through pre-production, shoot and post.
  • Bring deep fashion fluency to every production — understanding the language, references and standards of fashion, beauty and luxury content well enough to guide creative and production decisions.
  • Partner with PR and communications — working closely with PR and communications teams to align production planning with press and media requirements, including press imagery, media days, embargoes, and talent/influencer logistics.
  • Own senior client relationships — acting as the primary point of contact for key accounts throughout production, managing expectations, senior stakeholder communication and creative sign-off.
  • Build, manage and reconcile production budgets — across larger and more complex projects, including international travel budgets, ensuring accurate cost reporting and commercial delivery at wrap.
  • Develop production schedules and shoot plans, keeping all workstreams — stills, motion and travel logistics — on track and flagging risks early.
  • Source, brief and book crew, directors, talent, locations and suppliers, drawing on an established fashion and motion content network, including internationally for travel jobs.
  • Negotiate rates and contracts with freelancers, suppliers and talent, in line with North Six's commercial and legal standards.
  • Manage on-set logistics and troubleshoot issues in real time, ensuring shoots — including complex international travel jobs — run smoothly and safely.
  • Ensure full production compliance with health & safety, insurance, licensing, visas/carnets and other legal requirements across domestic and international shoots.
  • Oversee post-production, coordinating editors, colourists, sound and other post partners to deliver to spec and on schedule.
  • Mentor and support Producers and Junior Producers, and assist the Head of Production with resourcing, scheduling and continuous improvement of production processes across the slate.
  • Maintain and grow a trusted network of crew, directors and suppliers, and share knowledge of new talent, motion content trends and techniques with the wider team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Desirable

  • Experience producing live brand events or experiential activations — a bonus rather than a requirement.
  • Experience collaborating closely with PR, social and VIP experience teams on integrated campaigns.
  • Existing relationships with fashion, beauty and luxury brand clients or their agencies.
